As of July 2023, I’ve received my 200 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Yagoy in Amsterdam, THE NETHERLANDS.

Here starts my Yinspiring Journey and I’d like to share bits and pieces with you.

Some thoughts and ideas:

• Community classes in Amsterdam, THE NETHERLANDS (donation based)

  Focus: giving & receiving - making micro revolutions

  setting communal intentions and personal development goals

  so not your regular class - coming in as if you’re wearing Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak

• Community retreat to Dominicalito, COSTA RICA (price depending on total costs)

  Focus: giving & receiving - making meso revolutions

  working on your personal development goals and helping out the local community with projects

  also not your typical yoga retreat - this is where giving takes a next level, though you will still receive meditation and yin practices as a gift in return
